ELEMENTO LLC opened in 2009 and has grown progressively through referrals, an enthusiastic support network, and extensive experience of the target market. ELEMENTO is recognized as one of the leading design companies in the UAE, already winning a business award and shortlisted for a residential design award in 2017. In 2016, ELEMENTO won four Awards for business, residential and office project. ELEMENTO operates out of Dubai servicing the GCC, the Greater London area and Los Angeles.

In 2014 another four awards were also presented to the company. Specializing in high-end projects, ELEMENTO prides itself on creating

Owner And CEO

Kris Wanamaker is a business woman and entrepreneur who is driven by the need for excellence. Her background in project management and property consulting combined with her passion for customer satisfaction ensures that each project completed by ELEMENTO is done in the most efficient way possible. Kris brings with her a wealth of experience having business interests in real estate, eco-friendly, industrial product distribution and previous experience in the telecoms industry.

Kris ensures that all commitments and deadlines are met throughout the design and execution of projects, and is instrumental in developing relationships with every client so that the whole process is both pleasant and enjoyable.

With Kris’s extensive knowledge and networks of related industry leaders, ELEMENTO can guarantee unique exposure and opportunities at the best prices and with the best products available.


General Manager

Having spent 30+ years in the UK, New Zealand and Dubai working across a diverse range of sectors including education, banking, facilities management, and real estate. Karen understands how the local business landscape works and has a strong network established around her.

Technologically-savvy, Karen has a flair for IT software and hardware, often problem-solving technical issues without the need for a call-out. Her “roll your sleeves up” and “can-do” attitude has already had a positive impact on the ELEMENTO team. She has also overseen the recruitment of several key managers and support staff to ensure ELEMENTO retains its capacity to deliver projects ontime with the best quality. Karen has an eye for detail, bringing her financial oversight experience to bear upon other areas of ELEMENTO’s business, most notably accounting and project management. Recently responsible for upgrading ELEMENTO’s digital software to include two webbased packages for accounting and project management, Karen hopes these additions will continue to add value both to the current business practices in addition to ELEMENTO’s growing customer base. Finally Karen has built strong client relationships locally and within the region, enhancing ELEMENTO’s standing as a premiere company.


Technical Design Manager

Sagar brings 17+ years of experi­ence to the team, the type of projects which he has worked on include hospitality, retail, corporate offices and high-end residences. His goals are to work in a growing environment as well as his self-development. Sagar’s ex­pertise includes conceptual hand sketches, interior technical details and standard interior processed. This ensures that the technical requirements of all projects are mastered.


Project Coordinator

Julian Martin believes in setting high standards for himself and the project team, which drives him to perfect his skills by always being adaptable and discovering and implementing new methods for project planning and execution.

Born and raised in Australia, Julian has over 7 years experience in the field and has worked on many high profile projects in the healthcare, education, retail, hospitality and residential sectors. With involvement in many aspects of project planning including; design & construction, project coordination, procurement and tendering, Julian has had the opportunity to interact with clientele at all stages of a project and prides himself on his personable skills and always takes the time to build his relationships with each client.

Having managed multiple high end, quality projects, Julian’s passion for detail, vast experience and keeping projects within budget, makes him a true asset to the Elemento team.


Interior Architect

Victoria is an international interior designer with over eight years of experience in interior design. She has worked with corporate, commercial and residential clients as well as within the hospitality industry in the UK, UAE and Latvia.

Victoria has successfully managed and undertaken projects working within multiple cultures to deliver projects such as large scale renovations, bespoke furniture design, landscaping and exhibition events. For her, communication is the most important part in understanding the client’s needs, wants and desires, as well as working with the implementation team to make it happen, down to the finishing touches.


Architect & Landscape Designer

Born in 1975 and educated in Serbia (Yugoslavia at the time), Zlatko is a highly - experienced architect and designer, with a specialized background in interior and graphic design. From 2015 to 2017, Zlatko was engaged mostly on 250 + landscaping projects for private villas which included swimming pools of various complexity and size, gazebos, pergolas, sunken seating, BBQ, bar, fire and water features, wellness, sauna, SPA, and hot tube.

He has a love for sailing and water sports which helps him to remain a healthy and vital person, full of life, a happy man with great respect for the natural environment, a tree hugger, and one who enjoy not only taking.


Interior Designer

Rima Makhlouf is an interior designer who has gained invaluable experience from the number of assignments she has been involved in, from planning to designing interior settings for residential, universal and commercial projects.

Rima excels in directing all aspects of design projects, from working with clients to determining needs, preparing design presentations and proposals. Rima thrives while installing furniture and accessories. She manages and coordinates all phases of a variety of high and luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects including client relationships, design development from inception through construction and installation.


Senior Interior and FF&E Designer

Maud Quilici arrived in the cosmopolitan hub of Dubai, which has complemented her visual color palette, architectural inspiration, and lifestyle influences that are reflected in her design practice and residential projects.

Born in France, raised as a child in Brazil, she started working alongside French interior decorators before taking her wings internationally. Her favourite interiors are found in the intimacy of colonial houses, along Oriental squares, Indian palaces, and Indonesian bamboo villages.


Interior and FF&E Designer

Ace is one of ELEMENTO’s own homegrown talents. He has 5 years of experience in the business of creating atmospheres and specializes with his skill to design with a flair for soft furnishings.

Ace loves working with neutrals and metallics together with bold colours to make modern spaces pop. He loves taking care of the final details. Ace enjoys sourcing new and interesting pieces which transform a home from ordinary to extraordinary. He combines his imagination and creativity to develop a luxury interior. His expertise in coordinating all facets of design from client briefs to FF & E selection to final delivery. He is committed to his projects in order to achieve projects goals and attain the highest degree of
client satisfaction.


Interior and FF&E Designer

Born and raised in , Redda is an Interior Design Graduate from Ajman University of Science & Technology. Redda was first introduced to us on the Intern Scheme and we were so impressed with her eye for detail, her creativity and ability to fit into our team that once she graduated we invited her to join us as a team member.

Currently assists and supports Designers in the design process, sourcing materials, suppliers, specifications sheet and sample ordering, making material boards, furniture selection.


PR & Marketing Manager

Having lived in the UAE for over twenty-five years, Jessica has an in depth knowledge of the market in this region and brings more than twelve years of experience to her role. Jessica is responsible for directing media relations, branding, advertising, website development, overseeing the creative process, leading and motivating team members to achieve the best results and formulating marketing, PR and events strategies.

Jessica has demonstrated her strategic abilities throughout her career by successfully launching companies, products, websites, PR campaigns, advertising campaigns, branding programs and more. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries and she has worked with many major brands including Shell, Samsung, Cartier, Wella, Estee Lauder, Red Bull, Coca Cola and Al Barari. Predominately her initiatives have resulted in increased brand awareness, dynamic press coverage, innovative advertising campaigns, product launches and successful events.


Business Development Manager

Amanda Ahlgren comes to Elemento with 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the Interiors business in the Gulf region. Amanda has an enviable sales penetration record in establishing market in the UAE, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain.

A very hard working person who enjoys teamwork and working with fellow colleagues to get the job done., Amanda thrives under pressure, meeting given timeframes, and works independently using her own initiative when required.

Starting her Gulf career as a sales manager for a company importing UK - made furniture and fittings, Amanda rose to become regional manager of a company providing products to education, healthcare, workplace, and public sector. Amanda always prided herself on delivering completed projects to the highest standards, on time, and within the agreed budget. When Amanda is not busy working, she enjoys reading, music, playing golf, languages, and traveling.


Project Engineer / Architect

Francis is responsible for handling our project execution. This requires detailed coordination, dedicated management and careful site supervision. His background as an architect, and his previous roles in site supervision, both in Dubai and in his native Phillipines ensures that he brings a wealth of experience to the ELEMENTO team.

Francis provides technical support to the design department and he prepares plans and drawings when required. He ensures that the job delivery details are followed according to approved drawings, often making on-the-spot decisions for conflicts between drawings and site conditions. He is constantly striving to ensure overall client satisfaction for each job that ELEMENTO does and he works tirelessly to keep our clients happy and facilitate a smooth and successful project handover


Senior Account Manager

US national Cynthia Sandoval has been fortunate enough to experience the versatility of a divided international career life span between the US and Dubai.Cynthia, a highly motivated and experienced professional who achieved operation and superior management skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership in her many years working in Los Angeles for a successful property management company where she launched her passion for interior design while working on many new redevelopment projects. Cynthia’s extensive experience of working within the most prestigious and elite circles has proven her ability to build and offer a complete concise service creating a unique, confident and trustworthy relationship with all of Elemento’s clients. Focusing professionally and passionately on nurturing client relationships Cynthia’s confidence knowledge and ability to evaluate and guide reassures longstanding loyal and referring clientele. With this expertise Cynthia is an integral part of the Elemento team and provides client care, sales and account management to all our clients.


Administration Manager and Accountant

Mark comes to ELEMENTO with a recently acquired MBA. He overseas the office administration and assists the General Manager in supervising the company accounts.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial and administration areas both in the UAE and India, Mark brings extensive analytical, organizational and people skills to lead ELEMENTO’s Administration Department.


Procurement Officer

Nelsette provides ELEMENTO with a critical eye for detail as she sources the materials on instructions from the designers With over 10 years of experience in administration both in the UAE and the Philippines, Nelsette brings extensive analytical and people skills to ELEMENTO.


Architect & Draughtsman

Proficient in using CAD software with basic knowledge in Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, manual Sketch-Up and rendering, Gerald has a B. S. Architecture graduate from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, May 2005.

Chady has 12 years of experience in the region and has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila (2002).

Ferdinand has 10 years of experience in the Phillippines and the UAE and has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (2004). the 13 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Leo also has a Diploma in Mechanical Technology

Administration Coordinator

Liezl is responsible for ensuring that the ELEMENTO office runs smoothly, greeting everyone with a friendly smile. Liezl brings a variety of skills to her position including record keeping and copying, computer skills (database), scheduling, organizational skills, receptionist skills, and producing detailed reports for Human Resources.


Public Relations Officer

Siraj is responsible for ensuring that all company matters are taken care of from documentation being updated to purchasing and leasing with government bodies.



Auturo is our resident librarian who answer queries and utilises his adept research capabilities to gather formal information for projects and client requests. Arturo operates efficiently within the ELEMENTO team and proves to be a valuable resource.
